Birthday Bunnies

Used an old Stampin' Up! set for this card. I've had it for awhile, but don't hardly use it. I've really been trying to use up some of my never ending pile of scrapbook items before buying a bunch of new things. Call me thrifty, poor!, but it's been fun looking and seeing what all I forgot I had!
Paper: Making Memories
Cardstock: Bazzill
Brads: The Paper Studio
Image: Stampin' Up!
Coloring: Copics
Embellishments: Flowers (Misc), Leaf Punch (Martha Stewart), Spellbinders, Ribbon (Misc)

Happy Fall

Before you realize it, the temps will be getting cooler and the days shorter, the leaves will be changing and hayrides will be swingin'! I love the fall time!
Just a "for fun" card:

Vintage Magnolia

Happy Monday Morning, Everyone!!!

Can you believe it's the last week of July? I kinda ignored everyone when I was younger and they told me time flew! Now, I understand and I don't consider myself old?!? What will it be then? Yikes! So. much. to. do!

Now, to the point of the post...LOL! I participated in the Just Magnolia and Cute Card Thursday challenges.

I'm not sure if I captured the "vintage" look or not, but I tried to add lots of embellishments that reminded me of it. It was a fun card to make...a challenge, but that's what we all need sometime.

Friday Sketchers

I decided to be brave and venture out of my rut. I went with no designed paper!!! Aagghhh...do you know how much I love DP?? I have a collection going on here that there is no way I'll use it all!
I embossed my white cardstock with birds & swirls and dots from Cuttlebug. Then I backed them with a dark gray cardstock from Bazzill. There is a glimmer mist added to the flowers, but it doesn't show up in the picture. All punches are by Martha Stewart except the little flower (Fiskars, maybe?).
I went with the awesome sketch from Friday Sketchers...Love It!

2 in 1

First card is following the sketch over at Double Dutch. I decided to do a male themed card. How hard is it to not add flowers? I just wasn't able to justify it! LOL! Instead, I added some more twine and it reminds me of a fish.
Each level of scalloped ovals is popped up.
I'm not able to tell you what the image is b/c it was in my stash. The brad is a Spare Parts (I believe).

The 2nd card is following a sketch from Simon Says. The paper is from K & Company. (I've been using them a lot lately, but I found some paper packs in my stash that I had forgotten about). The flower stems are also from them. I found them on clearance at Michaels. Love the clearance!! I used a border punch from Fiskars. Added Stickles to the stars on the box, but it doesn't really show up in the picture.

How Does Your Garden Grow

Was inspired by Pickled Paper Designs for my sketch. The image is an old Stampin' Up! Very tired, so words are limited! :) Have a great night!
