Ocean Friends

I have to admit, I really struggled getting these cards started!! When I saw these stamps at the end of last summer, I fell in love with them! They weren't what I worked with typically, but after I found coordinating paper, I knew I had to have them. I would just hold them back until next summer. 

However, summer/spring is calling my name and I broke them out. 

They are from imaginisce.

It's definitely Monday morning around here! I just have that "feeling." UGH! This pregnancy is giving me crazy dreams and nightmares! Not fun.

Moving on to cuter things...

We have a scrapbook store that's going out of business and I was able to pick up some Magnolia stamps for 50% off. Colored her up and used Friday Sketchers & BasicGrey for some inspiration. The paper is by Basic Grey. An older product, but I'm really trying to not buy for awhile and use up some of the pretties I already have.

Easter is the Promise of Miracles

First things, first: We're expecting a baby boy!! Thus, the reason for my absence...that and remodeling a house. Hopefully, things are finally getting back to normal. I have been itching to get back to card making, so we'll see how it goes. 

This card is participating in the Simon Says Stamp Challenge where they have a cool idea! BINGO! There are lots of options you can choose from. I chose to have lace, flowers, and embossing (look at the lace sticker closely).

The card is pretty plain, but the image is so cute and didn't need much distracting from it. It's an old Stampin' Up set. 

Fall seems to be arriving and I've been popping out decor slowly over the house. It got me itching to make a fall card. I've also been doing some other crafty things.
