I used Mojo Monday's Challenge, but had to arrange the brads just a little different. I couldn't even begin to describe how I water colored the image. A little bit of this color here and a little bit of that color there. I just went with the flow! :)
The image is heat embossed, but it's kinda hard to tell in the picture. This is a Stampin' Up set and I'm pretty sure it's retired. Still a great one!
I also embossed the blue paper with Cuttlebug's Script folder. I distressed the entire card.
